Skilled and Experienced

Dr. Yen graduated from Tufts Dental School and has been practicing dentistry for the past eight years, refining her skills in dental practices in Boston, San Francisco, San Diego, and the East Bay.  She works well with children and adults in general dentistry, but also has the skills and training for beautiful cosmetic dentistry.  Her goal is to create a long-lasting relationship with you based on trust and the promise that you will receive the best treatment options available.

Technique and Aesthetics

Dr. Yen is passionate about dentistry, she constantly attends continuing education courses to stay abreast of new technological advances and techniques.   However, her natural sense of aesthetics manifested itself earlier in her favorite hobby - oil painting.  Dr. Yen combines art and science to give you the most beautiful, long-lasting dental restorations.

Continuing Education

To make sure that you get the best care possible, Dr. Yen actively seeks out courses that she can use in her practice for your benefit.  One of her current areas of study is understanding the latest thinking about occlusion (how the structure of your teeth affects your bite and the joints of the mouth).  Dr. Yen wants to make sure that not only will your dental work look good, but that it will also be good for you in the long run.
